I worked with a guy on my team at my last job who had full sleeves on both arms. He was super clean cut hair-wise and could easily wear a dress shirt at more conservative clients. Didn’t seem to be a problem.
I also did a project with fulfillment centers at a client and one client had face and neck tattoos. Super nice and sharp as well.

In sweeping generalities, as long as it's not a hand, neck, or head tattoo it's typically fine.
Wear it with pride unless it was a mistake from Day 1. It’s a part of you. Ignore whether others think it is cool or uncool. Who cares, you do you. With that said, be mindful at client site. If you are working for a more reserved client/stakeholder then maybe keep it covered.
