I attended interview in Accenture. 2 days later I got a call from HR to upload docs for OL and I did it. She told there will not be any rounds after this. 2 days later I got a mail with a link to assessment. When I checked in the workday portal, it showed a new active application that I didn’t apply for and the one for which I was awaiting OL went inactive. Couldn’t contact HR. Has anyone faced this previously? What should I expect?

For folks who’ve done R1/R2 interviews at BCG… how useful did you find the CaseCoach courses? I’m a week out before my R1 and I’m wondering if it’s going to be time we’ll-spent. Would love to hear “ignore this, definitely do that” sorts of advice if possible. (For background: I’m familiar with Victor Cheng, I’m using RocketBlocks, practicing live cases, consumed a bunch of YouTube videos, etc.)

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.
