I believe my employer is breaking multiple labor laws. They had us move from salary to an hourly rate at the beginning of this year because they stated there was a new law that passed that demanded they do so. This has been used against us over that time to insinuate there won’t be room for growth in our company if we only work the 40 hours a week and they refuse to pay over time. I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.
