I booked award travel using points. Can't make the trip anymore, but to get my points back (22.5k) on delta I have to pay ~$150. Should I do it?

Have a big upcoming international trip and trying to choose between the Marriott convoy boundless credit card or the chase sapphire preferred card to not have foreign transaction fees. Anyone have any experience with either and can help tip the scales one way or another?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree.
