I can’t get myself to act excited for a new job during interviews and I know it’s costing me 🥹🥹 so tired of the current job. Tired of the job search. Tired of putting in double time for actual work and job hunt. Tired of acting like I care about “being part of the company’s growth/expansion” during interviews lol.

I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
