I come from a background as an emergency room physician and want something that's less demanding of my time and emotional energy so I can focus on being around for my family. I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. I’ve never experienced this difficult of a time searching for new opportunities. Is this normal once you hit a certain level in your career or is it just me?
