Today, she emailed and said the following: “I had committed to sending a decision to you by this end of this week. Unfortunately, I can’t do that as there are several other steps I need to go thru and conversations I need to have with my management. It could be closer to the end of April. “
Any thoughts on if this could be something positive or what is the chance of getting declined?
