I currently have a CTC of 34 LPA(28 Fixed + 3 variable + 3 stocks) and have been paying taxes for the last 3 years. Next to next month my CTC is going to be around 48 LPA since I got promoted and offer letter which is going to be implemented next to next month.
I want to know how legally I can pay 0 tax?
If not what's the minimum possible I can pay in tax?

I have made my tax payment in July 2022 but yesterday (15 Nov 2022) I receive an email that tax payment is due for assessment year 2022-23

I called to help desk and he advised to raise rectification request from Tax portal and update the challan number. I tried to raise request but need to upload some XML or json file there. I am not sure how to upload or modify that file.

I did not file ITR for FY 2020-21.I had actually earned around 3,34,000 becoz I wrote master thesis for foreign students and I got online payment in my acc. So is that taxable?
If yes, then my total income will become 521121.

2ndly, whats the penalty for late filing ITR?

Thirdly, I left my previous job on 02 March, 2021, so I received the Feb 21 & March 21 on April 2021. So does it come under FY 2020-21? OrFY 2021-22?
