Faced same issue in my case consultancy used to call me but I sticked to my plan and explained how another company can be better for me and what challenges I will face while working with offer declined company, it seems bad after declining offer as they invested lot of time and have an opportunity.In your case you can stick with location constraint or ask for permanent wfh or etc
Simply give your reasons due location constraint. Asked them if you can give wfh
Even if they give WFH i won't join them, because I got a good product based company. So thinking how to stop this all and make them understood that I won't join them
Give them the honest reason. Just tell that you got a better offer and the role you’ve got is pretty much aligned to exactly how you envisioned.
No worries. Join the call, listen to them and say that at this point in your career, you feel that the other org seems to be a better fit.
Be honest with them. Tell them that there is another offer that is better for you, location-wise. I am sure they'd understand.
Tell them the truth. Tell them that you prefer the one in your hometown. And don't forget to thank them for the opportunity.
They are asking when both the companies giving you same money and WFH too, then why choosing them. My honest answer would be "because they are bigger than you and has brand value and very strong business". But i can't say that no
Today only draft mail to them with your reasons and at last tell them that you won't be able to join zoom call.
I already sent an email with a the reasons. After that they want to have discussion on Zoom call.
Tell them you are being offered onsite in the other organization. This always works.
Everyone in this post is telling you to be honest and upfront. Because that's the most decent thing to do. Tell them that you appreciate their interest in your skills and experience but you have accepted another offer that is more advantageous on your part.
