I desperately want to move back to my hometown to be with friends and family again permanently but stupid EY says I have to stay in office location :/ mega frustration - I like my job and my coworkers and a year ago i was looking hoping to get back in office quickly but the longer we've worked remotely the more I am enjoying the remote flexibility and it is giving me anxiety

Will start my first project in a few weeks. What would be best for my learning experience between the options below:
1) on site project
2) remote but more exciting project (industry I love)

Has anyone had their LCA location updated so they can work from a different remote work location than their home office city? Did your firm take care of the process for you?

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).

I have pretty bad anxiety to the point where it affects my job performance and will cause me to waste hours because I'm trying to cope with symptoms. I hate that xanax works so well and am terrified of getting addicted to it. Wasted 2 hours this morning panicking and thinking I was about to have a heart attack or something stupid, then I took a xanax and drank some tea and I'm super focused again and my productivity is way up. Anyone else take xanax? I usually only do like 2x a week.
