I’m currently a 3L trying to find a job for after graduation, and the no-offer question haunts every interview. What is the most professional way to explain this situation without looking like a problem candidate?

Anyone else having trouble focusing today? Every time I have a long break and come back to the office I’m reminded how much I don’t like my current job. ID Associate and I have such a hard time concentrating even after a week off. I find it mind-numbing and unfulfilling. I’m never excited to come to work anymore for the past few months now. What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate.
