I don't see a future in the company I'm working for. We as a team have a contract that ends this year, my team lead proposed 4 projects that didn't go very well, and I'm sure that the contract won't be renewed. Is it better to look for an alternative right now or closer to the end of the contract? I don't want to also make it harder on him since he would be one person short if I left.

I’ve noticed a lot of job applications have a field for a website in addition to LinkedIn…this is new to me. what kind of websites do people put here? What’s on the website? Is it like a campaign/platform of themselves as a brand?

I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. What are some things recruiters expect from candidates in this situation to continue considering them?

I posted this somewhere else before I remembered that I am in this bowl :) so, I changed jobs 6-7 months ago and I am realizing it is not a good fit. Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else.
