Same here! I have applied to 289 jobs in 30 days- had 3 interviews all of them ghosted me. I got stood up one time, never heard back from the hiring manager and 0 offers! Im just tired, but we have to have faith!
Praying for you, OP. Prosperity is right around the corner for you. Silence the naysaying voice in your head and know confidently the best role is waiting for you but sometimes it takes a bit to get there!
Don’t feel so bad , I too was on my way to retire this year then tragedy struck my family with the losing of our grand baby Alexito 7
In a terrible drunken driver accident. So after 35 years of business ,I can’t retire yet they moved the age limit to 67. So yes it’s hard to get a good job that pays well, especially when you are of age (64)
You are not necessarily doing something wrong, you are just competing with 50 other people who have a similar level of experience and skills. There are many people looking for work and very few jobs available. Unfortunately, hiring managers can only fill that one position, even if they have many great candidates to pick from. Keep trying and you'll find the right place.
I agree. Not feeling well
I am so sorry to hear that. I have been going through something similar and it has been really rough. Hang in there and keep applying.

Been there. Have you asked for constructive feedback? I went through this a few years ago where I progressed through interviews only for jobs to be given to internal candidates (which was seemingly the plan all along). It might not be you at all - just the process.
