They’re giving me $70K base, a $5K signing bonus, and a shot at stock - more than I ever expected at 22. Huge thanks to everyone who posts advice here, it seriously helped me prep and stay focused. My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote.
