1. How long do I need to wait after downgrading my CSR to apply for the CSP?
2. Is 80k point SUB good or should I wait for a better one? I haven’t been following the SUB news for some time.

I’m an American and have an interview for AWS UK. How different should I expect my salary to be. I know they’ll pay me in £, but I’ve heard salaries in the UK are significantly lower than the US. Is it likely I’ll get the higher salary since I’m coming from the US?

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well.
