I gave HR round last week, that time HR told me it would take some 4-5 business days to roll out offer letter. Time has already been passed, but didn't not get any response from them. Not replying on mails calls etc, Normally how much time will they take to roll out offer?

I have passed the TR and MR rounds at Cognizant. HR is saying they will schedule today but are not sending invites; this has been going on for a week; what does this mean?

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
