I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Any update on this btw? I'm in the same boat, I've completed one round of interviews and submitted the documents. What do I expect after this? From the comments here I gather that there are more interviews in the pipeline even though it says "interviews completed"-- is my understanding correct?
GUYS! I have an update! So 24h before my DOJ the HR guys started bombarding me with emails about what to do/bring to the office during orientation. It was so weird and last minute, but it happened, so don’t stress out too much (:
I have attended the interview on accenture on Jun 5th by Jun 6th they confirmed that I got selected and proceeding with further formalities then collected the documents for background verification on Jun 13th then there is no other update from them in Workday portal my application status is showing interviews completed. Do I get offer letter hereafter or they will reject my profile. Anyone faced this situation please suggest

^ what senpai said, but doesn't necessarily mean any results of the interview, simply means, forms have been filled and submitted, there might be further processes. An employee would do better with this part.
When did you attend the final interview and How many days it took to change the interview completed from the interview status. Please let me know
May I know how many days it took to change the status from "Interview" to "Interview completed"?
The same day for me after my second interview
It means process is complete from their end.

My status is showing as Interview - after 1 round of technical interview. How long does it take to schedule the 2nd round of interview.

any updates what is the process after interviews completed status. they asked for documents and shared application to fill missing details and check if all is correct. interview, documents, status all this happened in a week itself. so curious to know what next? and what salary they offer if currently have 2yr full + 1yr intern Exp as a Java full stack in a product company
