A few thousand? What % of your salary does this represent? If you’ve formally accepted (signed) it’s going to be tough to negotiate the agreed salary.
And you need to mean it. Would you really be prepared to walk and burn a bridge over this amount?
Unless you’re living paycheck to paycheck, you shouldn’t notice a few thousand dollars (per year). You’ll just save less each month.

Which will make you more money at your next job in 2 years?
Which will you be happier at?
Which will look better on your resume?
If all things are equal, then go for the few extra grand.
Without knowing the details, high profile tech is usually a pretty strong move for future employment elsewhere. But, there’s much else to consider that’s super subjective. In either case, congratulations - sounds like you can’t make a “bad” choice here.

I wouldn't negotiate an already accepted offer. It's going to leave a bad taste. You could take offer 2 though, that's not actually too uncommon.
