To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. Hi everyone, I got hired on as entry level sales operations role back in January. It quickly turned into sales, and eventually all the sales for the small company once the head of sales left. I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me.
