JAGGAER I got an offer in Deloitte with 12Lpa fixed and 1.5Lpa variable pay. And also another offer from jaggaer india pvt ltd, a product based company which offered 14.5Lpa fixed. I'm confused about which one to choose, one is Deloitte good for all the employee benefits and it's brand for further switches and another one is product based which got its own way of benefits and also comparatively higher package.

Help me with the suggestions which one to choose. Thanks in advance..!

Live in a HCOL area. Looking to buy in the next year. The least I can afford to buy would put a mortgage at 40% of my monthly take home pay (post tax + max out 401k) but 25% of gross income. Will 40% of take home pay make me house poor?

I’ve been verbally offered a position at a new company, but the recruiter insists on getting a verbal acceptance before sending the offer in writing. This person insists on negotiating salary before sending the paperwork. Generic benefits, RSUs, bonus info have been provided; it’s all unofficial.
