Why you still want to join at tcs? Go for BMW.
If I would be at your place.. I would have accepted BMW offer and if money matters more for me I would have asked tcs Hr to revise. If revised ok. If it's their out of budget. I am better at BMW.
Product based company is always better over service based
BMW is far better then tcs
Anyway to answer you.. three is nothing wrong in asking. If they want to retain you they will offer you more or equal, if not you can ask and still join tcs without any hike.
This is a very common scenario and hr won't mind.
You won't belive my wife had similar situation..
She accepted offer in tcs, later got better offer from techm, with that offer letter she got additional hike in tcs, again showing that to techm she got additional hike in techm and joined there...
Thanks for the reply...Is her offer revised in TCS after accepting it
Why do you even want to join TCS
YOE?
That's a tough situation. Are you in a good position to ask from?
You could ask, but you'll need to have sound logic/reason behind your ask. If you have a good feel for TCS HR, and feel like they'd be open to revision, then go for it. Either way, with no action comes no result, so take action
Once the offer is accepted they never revise it no matter what you say.
