I got an offer last week from Airbus for 16LPA Banglore and I have 3years of experience. They say that 15% is variable out of which 50 % is credited monthly and 50% is yearly performance bonus. Out of which you get complete amount and company share. Any information on this would be helpful. Also wrt growth, work life balance and wfo policy.

My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
