Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

RSU is a sham; the amounts appear large, but most people are laid off within a year.
Yes total 5.5, every quarter you can vest and sell. Immediately or sell in long term. Still job security I cannot define that, as they are hiring I think they won't go down and lay you off immediately.

For now Broadcom doesn't have job security for a min of 6 months can't say about after that too. If you wanna join , join at a risk. But before that check with the assigned manager what's the role and dependency, which will give you a brief idea about stability
Can I know which unit you have been assigned to ? Like Tanzu, ANS, VCF? Also what position and your work experience.
Broadcom gives a good amount of rsus, but the total RSUs are divided in 16 parts i.e for 4 years and each quarter. And each quarter if 10 rsu are getting vested/credit you will get 5 shares out of 10 where 4.5 will be used for tax and .5 will be a cash component in your next pay cycle. You can sell them immediately once vested. But if you opt for ESPP you need to hold for 6 months
so total i will receive 5.5 stcks evry quarter right which i can vest..and job security is okay?
For every company RSU are vested in the same manner
one more thing..Number of RSU mentioned in offer letter this would be fixed and not going to change at the time of grant and vest right?? means if in offer letter its mention 100 RSU would be allocated or grant so it would be the same fixed at the time of allocation or vest or its variable component and granted on the base of performance??? kindly clear.
