I got offered an 100,000 job offer at slalom consulting for the position of an associate analyst. Even though I love the offer, I would have been happier with a signing bonus. He’s in talks with his manager about moving internally in his current company but that is still in discussion. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
