I got promoted to Consulting Manager in Chicago this year and my base salary has been adjusted to 150,300. Is this a good band? Thoughts?

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy. I've opted to focus my efforts into my student organizations and helping others reach their goals, in doing this I compromised for a B average.
