I got promotion for A to SA, my CCTC is already 16.

How much hike can I expect??

I already have a offer in hand with 25LPA, So now I'm confused.

I’m sure this is not a unique situation, but would love y’all’s advice! I love my current agency and the work is easy and ngl it’s a big name and looks impressive on a resume. But, I’m currently being offered a new job at a small agency and the money is so so good, it would be a 60% raise and a title change. I’m so torn, I don’t want to risk what I currently have, but I’m so tempted… would you leave a good place for a ton of $$?
