I got to my second round of interviews, and I thought it went well. I got the email they were no longer interested in me as a candidate. I feel sad. This was a great law firm with a solid onboarding process with clear benchmarks, quarterly performance reviews, and great reviews from clients online. I asked them how I could improve. I had already started looking at places to live in the area. How do you deal with the lows of the job hunt?

Give yourself a little break to cope with it. Close your computer for an afternoon, do something you love to do, and/or vent to a loved one. Treat yourself just a little bit and get back to it tomorrow. The constant rejection is difficult, no use pretending we're immune to it.

Keep your head up. That happened to me once and a couple of months later I received an offer at a better firm. Everything works out for good.

Hi,
Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.

Hello all,

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

-Thanks

I am not so much worried about getting sued, but about my current employer tanking my reputation if I leave and break the non compete.
