Is it worthy to switch to KPMG ?
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

First of all, congrats on making it out of the higher education hell hole. I would strongly encourage you to not apply to positions you are clearly not qualified for, unless you have had prior experience in a similar role (referring to you applying for management positions). From my own understanding, there are no "jr" level management positions in Project/IT management. You are basically promoted to those positions after a certain years of experience in the lower levels. I am suggesting you stop doin that, not just for your sanity, but for your own morale too. You're going to get plenty of stress from rejections from positions you are qualified for, you don't need the "let me rub it in your face that you are not qualified for management position" rejection email to make you feel worse.
When it comes to "...practice on leet code and hacker rank...": Yes, it's great to refresh your memory on concepts you have already learned and potentially learn new concepts or new techniques. Platforms such as leetcode and hacker rank are great resources to learn and relearn, however, if your only focused on completing challenges, without putting those skills to use, then you're going to go nowhere fast. Coming back to my previous comment, focus more on building applications that you can see yourself and others using ("real world applications"). That is the best way challenge yourself better and be able to apply what you are learning.
One I definitely agree with the poster at here are no “entry level” project management positions. Second have you looked into the path to becoming PMI certified? Generally you need experience to even start the process, but they did have a certification program that could then be used to eventually take the full PMI program.
You don’t say what your education degree level was & definitely would understand your frustration if masters level in management. Also did you have any internships in related fields during your university years?
It’s a difficult arena right now for sure. Keep applying (consider those entry /mid level positions)
