I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. Where does manager lie in this hierarchy .
Is it above level 5 and is it called level 6.
And what is the salary range for Manager position.

Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.

In terms of worseness of WLB, it is
ZS (worse WLB) > EXL Inductis > EY > Tiger > Deloitte > Fractal >= Tredence > Accenture = Genpact
In terms of high stability,
Deloitte (most stable) > Fractal > Genpact > Tiger = Accenture = EY > EXL Inductis > ZS
Micromanagement is less in ZS and Fractal. It is super high in others. EXL as an org completely lacks any culture so it wins the worse in culture award by a mile. EY is a close second which has hustle culture and low regard for employee wellness

What is the problem with micromanagement? I worked in both ZS and Tiger- and hear it from me: micromanagement is needed in post covid world because employees are not working.. you don't want to come to office, your work is garbage, and you want timely promotions but blame micromanagement..
So there is micromanagement because you are garbage.. No one ever micromanaged me- not in ZS not in TIGER.. if someone starts, they stop within a week and say this- I think you got it.. so if you are getting micromanaged, it's because my dear friend, you have not got it..
I agree with you, but sometimes what happens is when they micromanage you, even though you are performing well is the problem those micromanagers are built like that. They don’t differentiate candidates rather apply their micro mindset to all.

Same for stability- almost no organization is stable today.. the larger ones are more stable than smaller ones but it's more about how skillful you are as an individual resource.. there are some exceptions like ZS- it's going downhill because leaders are not very intelligent..
