I had a 2nd stage interview a month ago which went very well. Met the CD online who was very positive towards my work. A week later I saw the same role readvertised on LinkedIn so I contacted HR to ask about any updates on the interview process. I was told that they would be having a meeting to discuss candidates. It's now been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing! Surely it's common courtesy to let candidates know either way if they were successful or not? I suppose ghosting is the new normal!

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
