I had a question about updating your resume once you’ve had two FT jobs. I had a second job from January to May, I didn’t know how to explain having two FT jobs simultaneously when applying for another 2nd job after May so I left it off my resume. Any advice on explaining this to employers?

I am interviewing for nCino as a entry level Support Engineer. They ask for 2 years experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of Salesforce. I have over 1 year experience in the financial industry and 2 years working with Salesforce. I live in Louisiana and it's Remote. What salary should I be aiming for? Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

How can I get into a position in ServiceNow? 3 YOE at D and ACN as a ServiceNow implementation consultant and would love to work for ServiceNow itself. I’ve applied to a few roles a couple weeks ago but haven’t heard anything.

Currently have J1 as current employer used The work one for my BC. I looked at Equifax/ The work one to see if J2 uses that service, fortunately they don’t.
Question - if J2 runs a BC for J1 and Finds out I am still employed isn’t that a red flag?

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.
