Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?

Feeling stuck — Amazon finally got back to me and moving to loop interviews. However, already sitting on two offers and wondering if I should take the gamble and lose the birds in hand for this one in the bush.

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?

I had a phone screening with a recruiter (who is a TD Industries employee- not outside recruiter) I asked specifically when they were looking to hire on, he said a month give or take a few weeks. That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I sent a second follow up email asking if they had made any decisions on who will be asked for inperson interviews, he said....check comments plz 🙏

Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?

I am meeting with three people that I would be partnering with for the job and it was shared with me that these interviews will mainly be behavioral as well as questions on my technical skills. Had a very unpleasant experience with the entire interview process at Paytm. First of all they kept all three rounds in a single day . It started from the morning and ended up till the final round at late evenings. After all the rounds were cleared, the HR asked for the expected package, and when I gave him my quote which was just 35% more than my current CTC, he got reluctant and said we only have a budget of an X amount which was just 10% more than my current CTC. Who on earth does that..?

Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read?
