I had an offer from an big Insurance firm. The job is intrnal consultant to manage different global and local projects. It's a newly created position . The salary is 25% more than my current , with good perks and WLB. I am currently at Accenture.
Should I accept ?

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
