I did too and I get the little hummus cups with pretzels. I also pack fruit cups. Cheese circles. I like the two good drinkable yogurts. Rice cakes with honey
I hadn't thought about hummus. For a while, I was doing Pimento cheese and celery, but felt it was sending me into too many calories and fat grams. Thank you for the ideas.

I like the adult Lunchables, the protein packs are yummy, almonds, cheese and fruit.
If you are not allergic then almonds, graham crackers, mozzarella cheese sticks, pineapple, veggies & hummus.

Yogurt drink shots can have a lot of sugar. Activia probiotic drinks pretty good. Lifehouse Keffir probiotic is good.

Since I keep protein shakes, yogurt, Applesauce, cheese sticks, I was lucky enough to get my principals approval to have a mini fridge in my room. I am just so burned out on the few items that I can pop out during class if I get to feeling off or can consume during passing period.
