I had received an offer for internal movement from SAP Ariba to SAP Fieldglass. I got an offer from another company today(not SAP).

I am already serving notice period for internal movement and it has already been a month now. I heard from other ppl that I can have continue this notice period and treat internal LWD as LWD and leave SAP.

Can someone please guide me the process on how and whom I need to connect with to get an early release on my internal movement's LWD?

I’ve been lay off this afternoon because low performance, it just two weeks ago I talked to my manager and told her that she’s micromanaging me a lot and I need more autonomy at my work. How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.
