I feel this and am just approaching 40. I def need to fire up my peloton membership in 2023 to get some more exercise and raise my energy levels!
That is what I’ve been trying to do too with my workouts!
I started feeling this way before Covid and then got worse. 53 now and working out has been a big help
I have always been a regular exerciser and really have been focused on it for the last 18 months, but I doesn’t seem to help. I did put on weight during Covid and that probably isn’t helping.
I believe Covid has really affected me. I’m also 53, and energy level dropped like a rock a couple of years ago. Some of it is probably hormonal, but I’ve really noticed so many people complaining of fatigue and depression. I don’t think it’s just post lockdown blues.
If anything I would have thought lockdown would have been good for a lot of people’s health
