I have been applying regularly at career websites of corporates / applying via LinkedIn / reaching out to networks/ applying via naukri . But nothing seema to be working , not even getting a genuine Interview call .can anyone please help me with this.

Feels like the interviewing process needs a lot of disruption. In what world is it okay for currently employed people to be expected to have multiple face to face meetings for a potential role?

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I’ve made it to the 3rd round interviewing at three different firms over the past month, and the feedback I’m getting has all been very similar: they think I’m really great, but it’s not the right time. Why spend 4-6 hours interviewing me just to say there isn’t actually a current role for me? Should I be reading between the lines (if so what does it mean?) or pressing harder for more detailed feedback?

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
