Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

Hopefully you could check with tech implementation projects at ey tech consulting.
Customers/users are different for different erp implementations depending upon if it's an internal product or b2c product.
It definitely sounds like you could be a PM. Have you networked with them at all?
Thanks. Appreciate your inputs.
You want to go straight to FAANG as a PM? Have you read Cracking the PM Interview? Most of the PMs working for FAANG or similar that I know started after finishing a top MBA program.
Yes. I read cracking the pm interview as a first step to understand what a pm career is about and then started matching my skillset.
Since I don't have anyone in my first level network as PMs, I still have questions regarding the career path and how to make the transition and hence posted it here.
Regarding faang pm careers, those are the places where I can transition without taking any hit on my salary. I checked some of f500 pm salary scale and they seem to be lesser than my current pay.
