I'm exploring new opportunities and have been interviewing with a nonprofit consulting firm of around 50 employees for a Sr. Accountant role. The position would involve assisting 3-5 clients.

I would appreciate insights from those with experience in consulting as an accountant. Do you think this would be a good shift? What are your experiences?

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. I was told I am one of the top employees in the firm.
