I have 130,000 Amex Rewards Points, what is my best redemption opportunity?

Seeing how 401k’s, ira’s etc..are mostly based in stocks. What happens if we have another Great Depression and the stock market crash’s. Even if you have Real estate investments, if ppl can’t pay rent like with Corona, that’s not really helpful. So what are other ways in addition to those mentioned is there to help secure you into old age? 

Anyone have specific financial goals they're willing to share and how to get there? I'm 30 yo, l10 and $$ gives me anxiety. Currently making ~$95k with $30k in brokerage and $30k 401k. Or, tips for not stressing out that I'll be broke in retirement? Should I make a lateral move out at some point and target a $250k salary by X age?

Max you would spend on a condo/apartment with about $1.5M NW and 500-750K income? No kids so no fixed costs currently for childcare and school though could see those emerging in the next five years. Otherwise pretty low key lifestyle with maybe a few meals out a week. Interested in hearing both from a purchase price and rent perspective. Thanks!

Can you change your 401k contribution amount specifically for bonuses, in the fidelity 401k? You can do this for Schwab 401k but not seeing an option for fidelity

I have been searching for a travel card for months. I am a young guy who is looking to take advantage of credit and earn points at the same time. Cap One just released an interesting new premium travel card with a lot of seemingly good perks (Venture X). I also looked at the CSP and the Southwest Priority card. My girlfriends family has Southwest and swear by it, with companion pass being the differentiator. I am in the DMV area and have mostly flown Jet Blue or Southwest. Any thoughts on this?

Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. Beginner here. I'm trying to use my points to buy a flight to Puerto Rico. If Delta costs me 55k points on my Amex (valued at $600 per Points Guy), versus United which costs me 60k points (valued at $700), shouldn't I still just go with the Delta cause I'm spending less points?

Would you rather have 5x amex MR points or 3x chase UR points for each dollar spent on flights? Why? Company let's me book flights on personal cards and trying to decide which to choose.
