I have 2 offers as mentioned below. Can you please suggest which one is better to join considering current offered salary, annual increments/promotions and work life balance since I am planning for a long term association.

Offered CTC - X (fixed) + 15% variable (mentioned in offer letter) + 1.5 Lakhs joining bonus

Barclays
Offered CTC - X+1.5 Lakhs (fixed) + 8-10% additional bonus (HR told but amount not mentioned in offer letter)

After how many months, will we get the joining bonus in LTI ??

Hi, Im interested to know the visa process for Australia on-site opportunity. I have been asked for CV before visa initiation. If anybody is aware of the process, could you please help me understanding the steps of visa process in TCS?
Will the visa be initiated by the management or by employee?
Also Project took management approvals for the on-site position when I joined the project, apart from this is there anything additional that’s required that can be time taking process before actual visa?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

FYI : checkpoint is starting r&d division in India I will be first person to be hired for the same role.
