I've met some clinicians who have gotten degrees in informatics. But if you want to do straight up analytics it really takes experience. It would be advantageous to become an Excel superuser, learn Tableau, maybe a coding language like python.

I agree with PM1 - if you haven’t done courses or certifications it might be worth looking into. There are a lot of bootcamps and programs that offer career coaching and mentorship as well and are geared towards people who are changing careers.
There’s an MSN in nursing informatics and post bachelorette certification in Health Care informatics it’s just a completely different curriculum than NP so I don’t think it would be that easy to just transition over considering it’s a different type of education required. But my area is paying top dollar for Psych NPs and tons of remote opportunities more so than any other NP specialty. You could always teach in BSN programs too with your current degree. Just throwing out options. Good luck
