I have 3.11 yrs of exp with 4.5 LPA CcTc and got offer from CGI 11 LPA +50k bonus at hyderabad location joining is on 29 june and another offer i received from Accenture with 8.6 lpa fixed and 20%Variable means with 100% variable its 10.4 LPA at pune location
I have accepted offer from CGI but haven't signed any joining documents yet.

Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.

There’s no reason you have to put up with a job you hate. I spent many years working in a toxic environment with a boss who gossiped and lead through fear. He wasn’t really much of a leader but basically a foreman. And he could make my existence miserable. I admit that it wasn’t easy to find another job but the bottom line is: trust your guts. If you feel something is wrong it’s because it probably is. Don’t second guess yourself. Look for options and and fight for your mental health.
