I have 3 years of experience working in Big 4 Global Mobility Tax and 2 years working as Global Equity Tax Senior. What are the exit options for me to move to industry?

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.
