Hi Everyone, I completed all interview rounds at pwc Bangalore. HR said they will roll out the offer same day, already it's been 4 workings days since, still no sign of offer letter, although final HR round with compensation was completed and agreed. I called again yesterday, same reply that will get offer today, still no offer letter yet. I am also wondering, will I even get the letter or the HR just wants to delay intentionally.

I interviewed with Amazon for SDE 1 role on 31 November 2021. Out of 4 rounds held on the same day, 2 went really good and other two were just alright. I haven't received any communication from them till date. Do they generally have such delays in announcing results or is it because they have rejected me?

Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%? I realized recently that I can turn my “super associate” persona at any time. I had it off during covid when my kids needed me and got a bad review. So now it’s back on. I’m responding to midnight emails (and daytime ones in under 20 minutes) and getting work done the same morning. I’m spending countless hours doing edits over edits.
