So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Sapient is good
There’s little to no work-life balance at Sapient, especially in the Data Engineering domain. If you're someone who can handle intense stress, constant pressure, and a high-stakes environment every day, then it might be a fit for you.
With no hikes for the next 4-5 years with bonus cuts.
If you must compare these two, Sapient is a better option.
Do not join sapient, they have short projects, their HR will ask you to share screen and resign within probation period. Do not go behind package. Peace of mind is important. For 6 years experience 22lpa is very good. Sapient fools people by counter offer
Bcoz they do not get candidate who really join them, they offer higher package and make them work in place of 3 people. Like where 5 people are required they will ask 2 people to do the job.
