Let's grab coffee. I can show you around town
I received a Senior Game Developer position at Globant Game Studios and just wanted to know if anyone has any idea about this department. I received Bangalore as the base Location and they told me Pune is having all the team, in future will they ask me to join in Pune? Which I don't want to.

If you think you’re underpaid, then more than likely you are underpaid. And you definitely are underpaid 🙃
200k at least
It is still common. Attrition is high because that is low pay for those qualifications. That also is why we had that TS/SCI referral blitz recently.
Underpaid
Rising Star
You are so underpaid it’s nothing even funny.
As a newly minted Associate, I was making $140k.
I did t have a clearance or any other items either, but atleast back then, the firm wasn’t a joke.
I’m quite a few levels higher now, but as far as BAH and I are concerned, I’m in the “I dare you to fire me” phase of our relationship. I’d highly recommend anyone who is that underpaid to start looking elsewhere, heck even your standard Beltway bandit-type small shop can get you to $210k easy.
Definitely underpaid, but it sounds like your responsibilities are too low-level to make a credible case for LA. If doing client delivery, you really want to be leading an engagment, not supporting/coordinating, in order to make LA (in addition to working on proposals). It really sounds like a fresh start in a new place that views you differently would do you good. I'd target $150-170k level for your next position.
I spent the last 2 years leading an international project and had to step away from that. Now I'm leading IT development but my CM says because I don't manage the budget for the development (the client does) that it doesn't count towards their idea of leadership. I do think there is much more going on that I'm not privy too. I also lead a market wide initiative and a company wide initiative.

Your level also matters here
If you’re not a project manager (I.e. a lead associate or higher)
As an associate you’re still underpaid, but higher pay should be reflected with higher levels/responsibilities as well
I make the same… with same YOE, but no MBA, no PMP and no TSSCI
I make slightly more with 6 years less experience and no TS/SCI, PMP, or MBA. I would definitely see if you can get an MSA or get another offer and leverage it for a match. I feel like you should at least be making 160K
Apply for a new position and use that to leverage an MSA
You may be underpaid, but you should really be looking for a role where you can be leading a project (which is fully appropriate as an experienced Associate), and not functioning in a ‘coordinator’ capacity at all.
Have you made any effort to explore a push to LA? Without knowing your capabilities, skills, BD experience or needs, or Admin functions, it is challenging to speculate. Float a new project to expand your footprint and justify (a much needed MSA) by your CM or SA and gauge their reaction.
Spent the last year pushing for LA, with no success. The challenge is that there are no real metrics, I'm sure you're aware. I've check all the boxes for firmware behaviors and expectations. Now I'm told I have to work on proposals be there are none 🥴
Well these responses make me feel great 🙃
If homegrown BAH, underpaid; else, very underpaid based on YoE and if that MBA is from an M7
