Just stop responding?
Mentor
This is pretty crazy! I, once, received an email about a matter at a firm I departed, but I did not respond and that was it. Next time, maybe respond saying that you moved on and would appreciate that they wouldn’t reach out to you about firm matters? Or just don’t respond. Not much else you can do.
Want to casually echo the stop responding suggestion. You'll figure it out.

Unless you are an independent contractor or employee, bye Felicia.
If it was a friend who was now covering my matter one thing. Anybody else hard no.
If it was a partner I liked that would be one thing, but I would tell an associate to pound sand.
Respond if you want to maintain good relations. Just deal with it.

Reaching out multiple times via text/email for minor/unnecessary questions is crossing boundaries. That shouldn’t be a requirement to maintain good relations. It’s not my job to do their job.
