After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Hi Fishes,
I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. Do you think i can believe my DM? Tata Consultancy Infosys

I wouldn’t worry about written stuff. Assuming it is asking you to describe a scenario from your work experience, pick the most interesting one and keep it in STAR format. Some interviewers may pick that scenario and ask you a question
Loops are 4-5 one hr rounds. Again scenario based and your responses should be in STAR format. Usual stuff applies, use “I” vs what your team did. Have an example where you failed. It’s ok to pause before responding. And they take a lot of notes, so be prepared to be provide quantifiable data when you can
Thank you!
My wife works for Amazon and interviews a lot. As the others have said, prepare 4-5 solid stories that can be used to cover the 16 principles. With a little bit of tweaking these 5 stories should be able to cover all principles. Practice saying them out loud. Avoid repeating the same stories during the loop - do it only if you absolutely must, and in case you must, tweak them to make them relevant to the principle being discussed.
Good luck, you got this!
Good luck! Can I ask how you got selected for an interview and what sort of position it is? I feel like I’m throwing applications into the void, even with referral.
Just more visibility with Hiring Managers & Recruiters I think. Even if it’s an initial conversation or phone screening. That’s just my opinion, it could also just be a fluke.
+1 to AWS’ responses. What helped me during my loop was that I asked for a few seconds to collect my thoughts. That way, you are organized and have full control over what you’re saying. My interviewers encouraged it. Also, I was explicit saying, hey - here’s the situation, here’s the task.. etc. this is important for the interviewer to document.
