I have a final round interview with Facebook. Should I work on getting an offer from another firm for the purpose of negotiating a higher salary?

I hold 8 years experience in Wealth management, financial advisory in Banking. My current salary is fixed 9 lpa and variable 10 lap. Currently I am negotiating salary with one of the Big 4 firms. Can anyone tell me how much hike should I quote as fixed and variable ??

Fish on visa - do you put ‘Candidate requires sponsorship’ on your resume ? I feel it is a time waste to get interview calls and anticipation only to find out they don’t sponsor on the call.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.
